On November 11, 2006. V General Assembly of the Association was celebrated of Transplanted of Heart of Andalusia "City of Seville".
On having finished, we had the lunch of coexistence and of interpersonal meeting.
A numerous group of associates of our association realized a trip to the Residence of free time of the Meeting of Andalusia in Aguadulce (Almeria). There were a few unforgettable days.
Four associations of transplanted of Seville meet in the head office of the association of transplanted of heart to analyze the levels of attainment of the requests that did the manager to themselves of H.U. Virgin of the Dew, D. Joseba Barroeta and the Sectorial Coordination of Transplants of Seville. He remembers to send a writing requesting a meeting to analyze the causes of the nonperformance of the commitments acquired in the meeting celebrated on October 10, 2005.
On June 7, 2006. "NATIONAL DAY OF THE DONOR OF ORGANS"Under the motto "Your generosity saves many lives", there celebrated in the Assembly room of the Hospital it delivery of awards to persons and institutions that have been characterized by his solidarity and generosity in the organ transplantations. The act was presided by Dr. Joseba Barroeta Urguza, Managing director of the H.U. Virgin of Dew and Dr. José Pérez Bernal, sectorial Coordinator of transplants of Seville.
The President of the Andalusian Association of Transplanted Hepatic, José Luis Sarmiento Aguilar delivered VII award "Quality of life in Transplants" to two teams of soccer of the city, Real Betis Balompié and Sevila F.C.
The President of the Association of Transplanted of Heart of Andalusia, Manuel Rodríguez Luque delivered the award "Life expectancy" to the director of the program "Andalusia the director" of South Channel Television, which they gathered Beatriz Díaz Gil and Ann Martínez Muñoz, correspondent and camerawoman respectively of the said program. Dr. Ernesto Lage did her presentation justifying the motive of the delivery of the award for transplants of heart having dedicated several programs to the pursuit of , with social aftereffect on the subject of mental preparation and campaign to raise public awareness in the population on organ transplantations.
For his part, Amelia Monterrubio Hoyo, the President of the Association ALCER Weather vane delivered the award to "an anonymous donor".
Maria Fuensanta Pérez Quirós, President of the Association against the fibrósis quística delivered the award "Air and life" to Dª Maria Angel Cózar, the President of the Andalusian Confederacy of persons with physical and organic disability.
The sectorial Coordination of transplants of Seville delivered the title of "Member of honor of the teams of transplant of Seville" to the airport of Seville. There gathered the distinction long D. Eugenio Pérez, the director of the airport of Seville.
Finally the Firemen of Huelva produced a homage to his partner Fernando Romero for one donated his kidney to his couple, Verónica Luque. For it there got the special medal of the merit that grants the fire department and also the recognition of all his partners.
The acts of the Day of the Donor reached with the floral gift in the monument the donor on part of transplanted persons of heart, lung, liver and kidney.
Our president practises like secretary of the Federation, on having been chosen by the new directorate. We do memory of the one that was a president for so many years, Antonio Alonso Martín-Romo transplanted of heart and kidney, that died last May. Antonio has left to us the testimony of delivery and service to the Federation.
On April 26, 2006Owing to the preparation and organization of the Day of the Donor, four associations of transplanted of Seville us reunímos with Dr. Pérez Bernal, sectorial Coordinator of transplants. The activities that are organized for this day are carried out by the collaboration of four associations of transplanted. In the informative tables that are mounted in diverse places there are transplanted partners and collaborating volunteers of all the associations. The act of delivery of the awards is celebrated jointly with the collaboration of all.
One insists that the Day of the Donor is a day of "gratitude" to all those persons organs donors and the relatives who have made the organs donation possible. Thanks to his solidarity and generosity we live many persons. The same way there is done public recognition to the persons and institutions that collaborate of special way, silent and ejemplarmente in the process of the transplanted one and in the diffusion to the population in general of the organs donations.

As members of the Spanish Federation of Transplants of Heart (FETCO), we inform in Madrid in the General Assembly of this federation. In her they were informed about the activities that are realized and the common problems of the associations are stated. Also there was an experiences exchange between the different taking part associations.
There was a persons' big concourse and informative triptyches and donors' cards were delivered to all the interested parties. This activity is part of the program of activities to be realized for the association and that it is sponsored by the Area of Civil Participation of the South District.
